  Horrible work ethics. I'm stationed in Germany and my car was in a hailstorm back in the states. I filed the claim and had my Father-in-law take care of the leg work. 3 months till they could get it in the shop and another 2 months till I had to call them and find out that it was almost done. I got the claim completed as well as sent the 500 deductible. Almost 7000 in total. When the car was finally ready they hadn't done the repairs they were supposed to, didn't even repaint it, in fact, the car was not even washed and there were new scratches on it. They then proceeded to lie and told us the insurance company told them to.
